Our Charges

Regular bookings (usually at least once a month)*
First hour £15
Second consecutive hour £10
Subsequent hours £5.50

Standard bookings (private or community)*
£17.50/hour

*Commercial bookings are subjected to a 15% uplift.

ALL CHARITY OR FUND RAISING BOOKINGS WILL ATTRACT OUR BEST RATES!!

Booking information

  • Before enquiring about hiring our hall please check our calendar. If a time slot is currently shaded then unfortunately that time is not available to hire.
  • Part hours are charged for in 15 minute increments.
  • All bookings need to have a minimum of a 15 minute set up/set down time added to the booking, and this must be paid for.
  • Regular hirers are allocated their own key to the hall, but access is only permitted during the hire times.
  • Private bookings will be required to pay a deposit which will be returned subject to the hall being left clean & tidy. This will be at the Booking Secretary’s discretion.
  • We ask all our hirers to leave the hall as they would wish to find it. Floors need to be swept and spot mopped if necessary, and the toilets left clean. Other hirers may be using the hall immediately after you.
  • Please discuss the use or sale of liquor with the Bookings Secretary at the time of your enquiry.
  • Unfortunately our insurance policy prevents the use of bouncy castles.

There are facilities for catering if you wish to self-cater. If you prefer to use an external caterers here are details of a local catering company and sample menus.
